G.C.of Missouri,LLC, was founded by Richard P. and Melissa Gill Rissman. The current corporate structure is a minority-owned and controlled Limited Liability Corporation, with Richard P. Gill as the Managing Member and his daughter Melissa Rissman as the only other member.
Gill. strives to complete contracts in a timely manner, within budget and with professional workmanship utilizing on-site project managers, carpenters, ironworkers, laborers and painters, subcontractors and office support staff. When possible, the company supports and utilizes other minority owned businesses and subcontractors to supply materials or to complete portions of the contracted work.

Total Construction, LLC, is committed to building individual custom homes with a high degree of customer participation in the design and construction process. We believe that today's custom homes must meet a higher standard than those of the past, but also should be a reflection of our clients' vision through the creativity of our design team.
We are constantly evaluating new technologies to build superior homes. As an added benefit, these technologies can result in more energy efficient homes and an overall reduced daily operating cost. These technologies also provide savings in insurance costs due to the use of superior fire, termite and mold resistant products. We also believe that our homes must be state of the art in the utilization of technology for home automation, entertainment, security, lighting, internal connectivity etc. We fully support the growing trend toward environmentally friendly "green" building. Various design philosophies can better support technologies such as solar heating and power generation, heat pumps, etc.
Our Design Process leads our client through a well organized system that ensures each home is unique, beautifully designed inside and out, utilizing all desired technologies with a clear understanding of construction costs
The Principle of Total Construction, LLC, is Billy Gilreath. He is president/CEO of Total Construction, LLC. His firm completed the first six new homes called the Painted Ladies, located at 12th and Woodland in Kansas City, Missouri. These award-winning homes are two story, 1600 to 1800 square feet built for developers, Ollie Gates and the 12th Street Heritage Corporation.
