  • Mandatory Homeowners Association
  • Minimum Square Footage For A Single Story Home Is 1550 Square Feet Of Finished Heating And Cooling Area And 1800 Square Feet Of Finished Heating And Cooling On 2 Story
  • Minimum First Floor Square Footage is 900 Square Feet
  • Each Dwelling Shall Have An Attached Garage Providing Space For A Minimum Of Two Automobiles. Carports Are Prohibited.
  • Any Exposed Foundation Shall Be Of Brick, Stone Or Stucco. No Stem Wall Shall Be Exposed.
  • Minimum of 50% Of All Front Elevations Must Be Brick, Stone Or Stucco.
  • All Dwellings Shall Have A Roof Pitch Of Between 6/12 And 10/12. Roofing Material Should Be Laminated Fiberglass Shingle With A Minimum 25-Year Warranty In A Weathered Wood Color
  • Rooftop Protrusions On The Residence Shall Be Painted To Match The Roof Color (Weather Wood)
  • A Temporary Trash Receptacle Is Required On Each Lot During The Construction Of Dwelling.
  • Trash Containers, Except Within 12 Hours Of Collection, Shall Be Stored Out Of Street View.
  • Outbuildings Are Prohibited - No Existing Or Off-Site Built Structure Shall Be Moved Onto Or Placed On Any Lot.
  • Fencing Shall Be 6' Privacy Constructed Of Cedar With Wood Cap And Metal Posts.
  • All Mailbox Pedestals Shall Conform In Design To Specification For The Subdivision To Be Established By The Architectural Committee.
  • All Lots Must Be Completely Sodded And Landscaped Prior To Occupancy, Unless Approved By The HOA Prior To Occupancy. Landscaping Will Include At Least Two (2) Trees ( 2" Caliper Or Greater ) With Minimum One (1) Tree In Front Yard
  • Fireplace Chimneys Shall Be Masonry Or Masonry Veneer.
  • Each Homeowner Shall Install And Maintain Full Guttering On All Sides Of The House.
